Had a wonderful 4 night stay. Accomodation was very clean and well maintained. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable, perfect to relax in. The hot tub was a nice touch, and was used by us all. Owner was very accomodating and helpful, even brought the children a sledge for the snow! On arrival welcome basket with fresh bakes in & wine. Will definatley be back.

Property is a great size 4 adults able to have their own space when required but rooms also big enough for socialising together. Directions provided by owner were really helpful but would be even better if listing included photo of the view of the property you see when arriving. Although phone signal as advised in listing was zero, the quality of the WiFi provided was excellent. Ambient temperature in one bedroom slightly elevated due to presence of boiler and locks on a couple of internal doors a bit temperamental. Hot tub is fantastic supereasy to use and the views from it and the property generally are lovely. Would definitely recommend and the location is a great base for exploring North Wales and Chester Liverpool.

A fantastic, secluded, generously equipped and proportioned holiday cottage. The pictures are accurate but do not do the place justice. The rooms are even larger and nicer than the pictures convey. The owner was attentive and friendly when contacted. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Nothing to fault, brilliant!

We stayed for the weekend at this beautiful property, and we could have stayed the rest of the year! Though we were helped by the amazing weather, you are in a little slice of countryside heaven, surrounded by wildlife we had a friendly lamb come make our acquaintance, and some curious horses watching over us. The hot tub is the best way to wrap up a long day on walks in the area or at Bala lake that we visited. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and lovely, while keeping that rustic feel we were also left towels and blankets which added a great personal touch. One of our friends said its the best sleep theyve had in a very long time! Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away in Wales! PS the roads are not for the faint hearted!

Property was comfortable and very clean. Well equipped and the owner responded quickly to any queries. In a peaceful and quiet location. The conservatory was a great asset when the weather was less than cooperative. WiFi signal was good. Highly recommended and would definitely go back.

We spent a week at this wonderful house and are now thinking about when we can go back! After spending many fabulous holidays in Sykes accommodation and lots of times in Wales, this has been the best we've stayed in and it was up against some tough competition. The house is simply gorgeous. Very private and secluded but only a short distance from Ruthin which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars etc so you get peace and quiet but are close enough to all you could need too. The owner couldn't have been nicer and the hamper on arrival was a wonderful welcome touch that far surpasses any we've ever had before. Having the horses for neighbours, a huge hot tub in a wonderful garden, just as well equipped outside as in, was amazing. Inside the rooms are very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped, with a stunning kitchen which would be wonderful in any home. Only thing missing was a phone signal which we knew about as it's in the listing but in my opinion actually improves things. Good WiFi so not out of touch but no phone signal was a good excuse to have a bit of a holiday from the phone too. We loved this house, in case that's not already obvious lol, and would definitely recommend.

What a perfect break! Gorgeous farmhouse, very remote so if you want something more accessible this isn't for you. Very clean, comfortable and the outdoor space is lovely. Hot tub is exceptional! The other part of the garden is a little tired the fake grass and a fire pit on the side where the hot tub is would be a lovely extra. We will definitely book again. Had an amazing long weekend at Nant Y Celyn thanks to the thoughtful touches in the cottage and really good weather. The cottage is in a quiet and very private area. We made full use of the garden, the garden chairs and loungers and the hot tub. It has everything you could possibly need. We stayed 4 days and cooked all our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and spent every evening in the conservatory or garden. We will be back next year.

We has a fantastic time in the cottage. Location was great with many amenities not too far away. Peaceful among the countryside. Good location for running walking with several nearby villages within reach. Ample parking with nice private garden with hot tub. Nice open fire with logs provided. Also, the hamper was beautiful and served us well on our weeks stay.

Outdoor is amazing and we spent a lot of time outside and in the hot tub it was perfect, so many sitting rooms. What a fantastic property. The house was stunning and well furnished, even the kitchen had an amazing amount of equipment. The welcome hamper was not expected but thoroughly enjoyed. When the female members of the family have a lot of positive compliment about the cleanliness, the style, layout and the furnishing, you should know that the property was well thought out and furnished to a very high standard. We could not fault the cottage in any way, the owners had really thought through everything for a comfortable stay From home to home Our family consisted of 10 members and we could not utlise the full potential of the cottage due to the shear size. A very spacious cottage with plenty of space, beautiful brick works and exposed beams. The character of the internal and external of the building was amazing. Would reccommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing time with lots of space.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful cottage set in beautiful surroundings with a small stream running past the properly. On arrival we found a nice hamper in the Kitchen with bottles of wine & other goodies. It is a very spacious properly both indoors & outdoors for everyone to relax comfortably. Every part of the outdoor space blends in so nicely, I.e green space with trees next to a large patio area with hot tub, plenty of seating for everyone, with adjoining BBQ area with separate seating. We were a party of 10, 6 adults 4 children under 9 The grandchildren loved the horses in the neighbouring field. Everytime the hot tub was used the horses turned up which was a lovely sight. The only downside was that there was only one twin bedroom. As we were with our four grandchildren, two of them weren't too happy to share a double bed. Maybe one of the bedrooms could accommodate a Ziplink bed instead of normal double bed. We enjoyed our stay at Nant Y Celyn. This is a fantastic property. It was spotlessly clean with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and great showers. Lots of space inside and outside the property with areas to all socialise together or cosy rooms to curl up with a book. In terms of location there were pubsrestaurants and lots of places to visit and activities within reasonable driving distances.

A fabulous house , there were 9 of us in our group , the house was very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and to see the horses every day was lovely. We went to Conwy Castle during our stay which is amazing. We also hired bikes at Lynn Brening, a most enjoyable day. Cannot fault anything , a fabulous stay was had by all of us , thank you so much.

This is a fabulous house. We had a wonderful week. Couldnt fault anything apart from the thunderstorms which took out the internet connection. Some of the party felt it was a shame that we couldnt watch the TV together as only TV available was the one in the smallest lounge.

We've just returned from a family weekend away and we were so impressed with this beautiful house! It was so clean and cared for, beautifully presented with a lovely welcome box on arrival with all the need to knows and some treats to get the holiday started! It is sat within amazing grounds, the Horses in the field next to the gardens are extremely friendly and enjoyed an apple of two from the apple tree! Then you have the three sheep who are super cute bounding over to say hello! The owner came over to show us some good walking routes and even let my daughter feed the sheep a little treat, great touch!! The hot tub was nice and warm when we got there which was appreciated! There are two living rooms with fires, they warmed the whole house, it was so cosy! There are board games available in the big lounge, the kitchen comes with all the equipment and space you need and then some! Before we left we were already talking about coming back!
