Great for my wife’s 80th birthday. Plenty of room for the family. Easy access to all rooms via lift if you need it. We were all able bodied. Large dining table, BBQ, ping pong table and comfy furniture. Fridges and freezers to cope with lots of bottles and food. Spectacular view and a play area. Swifts Cows and sheep kept us amused. The only down side was location for walking. Long windy single track road that led to a main road. Couldn’t walk to a nearby pub as most only open in the evening and a fair old trek. Walked ing Ruthin once but wouldn’t do it again. Didn’t spoil our stay. Tesco’s did deliver an order and he was very pleasant. Gave our dog a treatHot tub was a success with everyone. Miss the peace and quiet and beautiful view. We all had a great time.

Lovely family cottage, has everything you need, over 3 floors, kitchen dining room, 2 living rooms and 2 double bedrooms on 2nd floor, ground floor has a bedroom, a living room and walk in shower with toilet, also a hidden kitchen with sink, fridge toaster and kettle. We had the most amazing views, top floor has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, also 2 shower and toilets upstairs. A lift covers all 3 floors, so ideal for elderly or disabled people in your party. We had the best family week. The road to the cottage was a little steep and should be sign posted from the main road as you wouldn't know it was there. All in all a fantastic week.

Our stay in Y Beudy was lovely, plenty of space for 14 of us and our labrador. The setting is truly stunning, surrounded by the countryside and wonderful views.David was very helpful throughout our stay.The Kitchen was great for our Easter Sunday roast dinner, enjoyed together around the large dinning table. Hot tub evenings were very much enjoyed by all.I would definitely recommend this place for family get togethers. The road to the property was good fun too, definitely off the beaten track. Perfectly peaceful.
