Can not give anything but 5 stars, we had a great week away, the contact from the owners as far as key collection, directions etc was top notch, the house is super easy to find and in a great location as far as the town goes, and for exploring with great facilities around you, The house was spot less, welcoming superb Welcome basket and has everything to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable, we had 4 adults and a doggy and there was loads of room for all of us, beds were very comfy, shower was hot and strong, excellent kitchen facilities, hot tub, brilliant safe Garden for the dogeven had a washer and tumble dryer which came in really handy as we got soaked one day and needed to dry out the clotheshighly recommend this house as a perfect base for exploring North Wales, would def look to go back

Great communication prior to our arrival and super helpful with regards to bringing 2 cars. The house was stylish, modern yet relaxing. The house was so well equipped and had an array of kitchen utensils. We loved making use of the hot tub and the garden. Would definitely return to explore the area a little more.
What a stunning property! Also the garden was perfect, hottub very welcome after a busy days enjoyment exploring the town and surounding areas. Brilliant walks for dogs. So many lovely places to visit that a week wasnt long enough! Would love to visit again. People very friendly and welcoming everywhere we went.

This is a beautiful property and very well equipped there was nothing we needed that wasnt catered for. We usually look for a coastal location, which this isnt, but it was perfect for us we had everything we needed within walking distance. The property was only a short drive from some fantastic country parks and the towns of Llangollen and Mold. I visited this property off the back of a recommendation I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Very convenient town centre house Wetherspoons 2 minute walk away. Lots of facilities. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Plenty of room in shower and bathroom. On the doorstep we could even hear hymn tunes played on the church bells.
Just got back from a lovely weekend here, the house is lovely & decor is fabulous. On arrival we were welcomed with a lovely welcome pack of yummy goodies. Location is perfect and lots of leaflets for various places for ideas to places to go to. We had the most lovely time and didnt want to come home. Will definitely be booking here again.

This is an extremely well kept beautiful property,providing everything you need. Plenty of hot water and a great shower. We stayed mid October and the house was lovely and warm. The bed is super comfy and large. Outside, the garden is secure which was perfect as we brought our little dog with us, the hot tub is amazing, such a clever idea to put it undercover, we had one day of rain and were still able to use it, there's nothing quite like sitting in a hot tub while it's raining, it was lovely! There's a Tesco close by, so close you can walk there. The property is situated in a good location for visiting other areas, and there are some lovely country parks close by to walk. We really enjoyed our week there and if we visit the same area again which is possible we will definitely stay there. Thank you for the welcome pack the nicest we've ever had and for allowing us to stay in your fab house..... It was Lush! Diolch x

Cannot be faulted. Had a wonderful stay, Rhif Saith is a beautiful and comfortable home in a great location close to the town square and a great base for exploring. The walk up Moel Famau was one of the highlights. The hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing in the evening after our long days out and about. Catrin, the owner, was easily contactable and responded immediately to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommended.

This property is just perfect! It has everything you need for a comfortable staycation and more. The gardens secure for the dogs. The property was spotless when we walked in, welcome treats were a lovely little extra. The location of the property is perfect, youve got a supermarket within walking distance. The towns only a short walk away as well. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next year. We have certainly found our perfect staycation within Rhif Saith.

We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing few days here on our minimoon. The cottage is situated very close to the town and nearby amenities but has plenty of privacy. The garden is secure which was ideal for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend or come back again to stay in this cottage.

We have had a fantastic week at Rhif Saith, its a beautifully decorated house and it is immaculate, the owners have gone above and beyond and provided everything you need and more. The owners are always on hand if you need them for anything and they are happy to give advice. The on street parking isnt a problem as its resident parking only and we managed to park outside the house all week. The house is in a great location just a minute walk from the centre of Ruthin however it is very quiet with brilliant views of Moel famau. Lots of places to visit near by, we loved coming back every day and having a soak in the hot tub. Also the garden is very secure and fully enclosed which is great for dogs. We would love to come back and stay again!

Loved our little stay here. Beautiful house, very well decorated, stylish but comfortable. House didn't lack anything. In the heart of a cute little quiet town but not noisy. We explored a couple of the larger towns which made us appreciate coming back to Ruthin, some decent pubs, eateries and takeaways. Hot tub is perfectly clean and well looked after, wooden canopy so able to use when rainingsnowing as we had. The only slight issue we found was with the gate not closing properly with the latch for the dog, it just happened to be particularly windy when we stayed and would blow open but minor and easily fixable. Never thought we'd pick a town centre location but glad we gave this a go! Some good walks for the dog a couple of minutes drive away or a park by the river for a quick leg stretch in the town. Dog friendly, decent garden, covered hot tub perfect.

A really lovely place to stay, right in the town centre and near to lots of lovely walks. Host communication was great, easy to collect keys, lots of info about the hot tub and places to visit. Only one shame about the area is most of the places to eat or takeaway were 1 hygiene rated but with such a lovely and well equipped kitchen at the house, we cooked quite often with no issue.

Our stay here was fantastic the pictures dont fully do the property justice. Its absolutely stunning, renovated to such a high standard and the choice in decor is gorgeous. Every little thing has been thought of from extra Tupperware for day trips out, to enough towels for both shower and hot tub. This home has everything you could want and more. Our dog loved his stay too extra dog towels, bowls, poo bags, ball for the garden and sofa throws were included. The garden is fully enclosed too, so we didnt have to worry about our springer jumping any fences! So much thought is given to all guests. The on road parking isnt a problem. All week we managed to park on the end space right outside the front door. This place is a real home from home. You wont be disappointed!
Rhif Saith is a lovely holiday cottage, it is beautifully decorated and is incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was an extra level of luxury that we really enjoyed.
