Absolutely beautiful property with beautiful views, Kayleigh the owner was very helpful and prompt. The house was immaculate with everything you need inside, super comfortable. Main bedroom was unreal! Games room, garden and hot tub all loved by the children and us adults. Will definitely be back. Many thanks

This property is just stunning. I could sit on the patio for the rest of my life and not tire of the views as long as the trees in front don't grow anymore. The rooms were well laid out and it had the majority of cooking equipment you would need. We lacked a few items measuring jug, a few more different types of serving spoons, decent sharp knives and having sun loungers on the patio would be a bonus. There is also no mirror in the triple room so that would be an added bonus. The master bedroom is just to die for. It's in a lovely location just a 15 min walk to the nearest pubcafe which you will need to stop off at on the way back to get your energy for the steep hill back up . My main niggle is that is sleeps 10 but there are only 8 dining chairs so we had to utilise a stool from the patio furniture. We would definitely book here again.

Beautifully situated property with quick and easy access to Prestatyn town centre. Exceptional views from the property of the surrounding coast and countryside. Well situated for easy access to the whole of the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. The property itself more that lived up to its description and we enjoyed a very relaxing week there. The Owner was very helpful and easily contacted. Would highly recommend.

An amazing place for a big family holiday. We all had a great time, especially the grandchildren who loved the garden and games room. The house has a little bit of something for everyone and brilliant views.

We celebrated my birthday weekend here last week, it was everything we hoped for. The views from the main bedroom and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen and living room were very spacious for everyone to relax and socialise. The games room is a very nice touch for everyone to use. Kayleigh was very helpful when needed. There is plenty to do nearby however, we spent most of our weekend relaxing at The Mount. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely beautiful house with luxury throughout. Had contact with owner and Kayleigh was on hand with advice. The views are amazing from the rear of the property. All the rooms are spacious and master bedroom is something else. If ever back in area this is the place I will be.

A beautifull house with a lovely outside space with wonderfull views. Very comfy beds and plenty storage.great kitchen with everything you would need.Comfortable lounge with plenty seating.Very clean and welcoming.Only negative would be the driveway its very steep and l wasnt comfortable using so parked across it at the top so wasnt an issue

Prorty facilities good with games room and outside space. Front of house retains original bedroom so small although new parts are really great. Long way from beach and uphill on return. Couple of issues on arrival with electrics and plumbing but sorted quickly. Could do with better quality cutlery and crockery and more of it.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at The Mount. Stunning property in a great location. The master bedroom is just amazing with a view of the sea from the balcony. The games room complete with a poolair hockey table and an arcade machine!! and the hot tub were a massive hit with everybody. The kitchen is stunning and huge!! And the gardenpatio area is absolutely perfect. My children, nephews and niece played out there all week on the trampoline and played with the football on the huge lawn. Were all sad to be home. Theres some great places nearby to visit, we had plenty to entertain everybody all week. We visited a few different beaches Prestatyn, Rhyl, Talacre and Colwyn Bay, Dyserth Falls, Tir Prince Market, and The Welsh Mountain Zoo. Theres plenty of shops nearby too. Its a shame the indoor water park in Rhyl is closed for maintenance for the summer as this looked fun. The only small suggestion I would make is that there was a tv in each bedroom. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had a tv. This is obviously just personal preference and wasnt much of an issue, just that all the kids would have liked to watch a film at night in bed. Weve had such an amazing time and would 100 return in the future!

Great place to stay. Incredible view and very comfortable. Lovely outside area with an hot tub was a great bonus. Only comment is kitchen could do with a few more things we found we didnt have measuring jug, scales, large serving spoons and an oven proof serving dish.

Brilliant property. great for our family of 10 with plenty of room to spare. Would highly recommend. remember it's at the top of a hill

What a wonderful week we have just had at The Mount. We were a large family group aged 1 69 years and we all enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and had facilities to suit us all. The view from the property is wonderful and we saw the most beautiful sunset any of us had ever seen! Having never been to north wales it was in a great spot to visit lots of places. Thank you!! We will be back!!

Fabulous property with stunning views, from the balcony, patio and hot tub. The Mount was well equipped with everything you could need. It is situated in a great location for exploring North Wales. All in all a 10 out of 10.

Amazing stay! The Mount had everything we needed for a relaxing, muchneeded getaway with the family. I couldn't recommend it enough. Whether you're a couple or you have kids, it's great. The games room was a hit with our teenagers and all the added toys kept our toddler entertained. We will most definitely return in the near future.

Stayed here for a 60th Birthday celebration with friends. House amazing it's like a fantasy house by the sea. Everything you need is there and lots of space. Would definitely book again. Thank you

Modern clean and well kept Distant views of the sea from the hot tub on the raised terrace We were were a family of 6 with grown up kids so wanted somewhere close, but not too close, to bars and restaurants The high street can only be 5 minutes away. With an Italian Argentinian and cafe bars. If you fancy a tough up hill walk go to the Eagle and Child.

Gorgeous spacious property. Kind and helpful owner. The games room was an amazing find kept the boys busy all week. Nice walk to the beach past the shops for supplies. Master bedroom with an amazing view. We didnt shut the curtains all week. We made full use of the kitchen. Reasonably well equip. Would definitely recommend

Very spacious and beautiful house and the outdoor space just brings the house to life even more! The house was tidy on arrival and the host had left help guides and local guides that was very helpful. When we had queries she was quick to respond and very friendly. Definitely worth the money. There are pubs and food shops near by big Tesco and and Aldi all within a 4 min drive from the house. The only thing to mention is if you are not someone that is use to bendy, hilly, and small roads etc, that is what leads to the house, so just be aware. However, when you get to the house it makes it absolutely worth the drive.

We had a fabulous week at The Mount. The house is well stocked with everything you could need and more. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games room was well used. The main bedroom is stunning, however all the bedrooms were comfortable and cosy. Hope to come back soon!

The house is a beautiful sanctuary It is warm and inviting and has everything you could need for a great family stay. We particularly appreciated The space Disney Package Good wifi beautiful bedrooms large bathrooms Cleaning Products Board games Washer and dryer. The house is beautifully furnished and the Master Suite with dressing room and double shower is enviable! The whole house was spotlessly clean. The sofa was very comfy and all beds were comfy. The hot tub was enjoyed daily and was great after a day out. From the back of the house there are incredible view of the sea and the sunsets were awesome. The garden was child friendly. We recommend SC2 for the Water Park and Ninja Tag Prestatyn Beach for walks and amazing coffees from the Nova Centre Rozis award winning Indian Restaurant for takeaway food was awesome and cost around 50 for enough of a feast for 4 adults and 3 children. The Zip World was so much fun and FFOREST Activity Centre for High Ropes, The Plummet, Tree Hoppers. I wanted to do paddleboarding and there is a place in Rhyl but the sea was a little cold for me. The Dyserth Waterfall was worth a walk up and also the North Wales Garden Centre had a great selection of plants and gifts well worth a visit We would suggest new pillows for beds as they are so thin and large serving spoons and casserole dishes. A nice coffee machine would make my mornings better. Our host Kayleigh responded promptly to any queries during our stay. Do we recommend Oh yes. Will we be back For sure.

A wonderful house and a lovely location with magnificent views, the only let down was the cleanliness of the place, we found bundles of hair all over the floor upstairs and even in a chest of draws! After having a shower you could not go barefoot otherwise youd end up having to wash your feet again. We tried to use the hover, but this had not been cleaned out for sometime as the contents were clogged in there and the smell for using it was horrible. I understand that there is only a limited time to clean such a large house, but perhaps a professional clean now and again may be a good idea?

We all had a wonderful time in Prestatyn, the house was everything we thought it would be. The kids had an absolute ball, from the trampoline to the hot tub and the games room it ticked all the boxes. Great house, perfect location and would recommend to anyone. First time in Wales but certainly not the last after this!!

Arrived for 3 nights with family first impressions where Wow, the house boast lovely views of coastline, the house is very modern and was absolutely stunning only short walk to Prestatyn centre and the host was fantastic would definitely staying again in future and would recommend it 5 STUNNING. .

This really is a beautiful holiday home. The host has considered many things to contribute to a wonderful stay. The inclusion of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags and tea towels are a small but considerate addition as many holiday homes dont provide these items. The wine and Prosecco were a kind touch. The kitchen is well equipped we cooked a big Sunday roast, baked several cakes, and enjoyed lazy afternoons in front of the log burner. The master bedroom is amazing, the views are fabulous even on a stormy day, the playroom is a huge bonus as is the hot tub. We couldnt of asked for anything more from our half term holiday, thank you so much.

Beautiful house in a good location, near to shops eating places etc. The property had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing break for my 70th birthday. Would love to go again.

We loved our stay over Christmas, we had the best time. Such a beautiful clean home. We did not want to leave! We are already looking at booking again and can not wait to return. We really enjoyed the house, its facilities and view. Kayleigh, the host, was extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions we had during the stay. Rooms were spacious and are ideal for large familyfriends group. For the younger members staying then the indoor games room and outdoor activities will keep them happy.

The Mount was exceptional! A beautiful property located within walking distance to Prestatyn. Beautifully presented property with everything you need and more. The Mount was immaculate and the finish to the place is modern and wonderful. The hot tub was a luxurious added bonus to our stay. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a great break at the mount although I have a couple of issues, I will list for ease No cleaning supplies ie bleach any kitchen cleaners etc Coffee machine infested with mould had not been cleaned for months it took me 3 days of soaking and still not comfortable using due to smell Hoover degusting again never emptied and filthy Hot tub poor think it may need servicing I am sorry to put the negative comments on here I rent cottages several times a year so have a lot to compare with, in fact this is my 3rd this year and I have another booked at christmas Just another note the parking if you are a large party is not great I was reluctant to put my vehicle on the slope driveway and had to park in another street Apart from this we all had a great stay and loved the house
