About Sea Glass Barn

This impressive barn conversion is ideal for families and friends looking for a superior stay and a relaxing holiday on the beautiful North Norfolk coastline. Less than a mile away, Mundesley Beach is known as one of Norfolk’s finest beaches thanks to its long stretch of sand and safe swimming. Mundesley village has a promenade lined with colourful beach huts. A short drive away is the family-friendly seaside resort of Cromer (8.5 miles), home to many seaside attractions and a theatre on the pier. This gorgeous property is beautifully designed and stylishly decorated, offering plenty of superior extras, including a sauna and a cinema. Step into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with skylights that flood the area with natural light, creating a sociable and enjoyable space to relax, prepare meals and eat together. Chat around the bespoke central island with stools while you whip up a celebratory dinner in the kitchen. You and your guests will find the spacious lounge area perfect for relaxing on the sofas, chatting or watching TV. Open the French doors to let a cool breeze in or spill out onto the private terrace on fine evenings. The property boasts five spacious bedrooms. The king-size bedroom, one double and one twin are all en-suite offering a shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are a double and a twin and share a contemporary family bathroom. Outside, enjoy a large, private, enclosed decking area with a table and reclining chairs and dine alfresco warmed by the fire pit. The finishing touch is a shared games room. The seaside town of Sheringham is less than 15 miles away, boasting a beach, a National Trust park and garden, and a station for the North Norfolk Railway to whisk you across scenic countryside to the Georgian market town of Holt. Nature lovers should head to Horsey Gap (16.5 miles) to spot the seals, and if the kids want a break from the beach, outdoor adventures and treehouses at BeWilderwood (16 miles) await.

The place really caters to everyone, with highlights like the cinema room and the hot tub - absolute favourites! It’s a short walk to Mundesley’s lovely beach and pub, which is handy. Everything is well thought out for a big group, even a thoughtful Welcome Pack with essentials. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be booking again - it’s just a great spot for family get-togethers!

We had such a lovely stay at Seaglass.barn! From the moment we arrived, it felt special - the place is really spacious and spotlessly clean. The hot tub and cinema room were perfect for relaxingand sitting by the fire pit with a drink was such a treat. The staff were super friendly and even surprised us with bubbly for my birthday. Honestly, we’d definitely recommend it for a getaway. Will be coming back for sure!

We loved the spacious cottage close to the beach, with a fantastic games room and gym that kept everyone entertained. The hot tub was always perfect thanks to the twice daily checks. The fire pit issue was sorted quickly, too. Lovely local spots and the cinema room plus sauna made it even better!

We had a fantastic stay at this place, perfect for our big family getaway. The house is beautifully decorated and really spacious - there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and eat together. The outdoor decking and hot tub were a real treat after busy days exploring Norfolk. We also loved the cinema room for cosy movie nights. Everything you need is there, plus a lovely welcome pack that made us feel right at home. Honestly, we’ll be coming back soon!

In hot weather, fans are pretty much a must since the sun hits the main room and bedroom directly. The cinema room gets too hot to enjoy, but overall, it's a great place.

We had a great time at the barn! Perfect for our family get-togethers, with a fab cinema room, hot tub, saunaand fire pit - really enjoyed those. The bedrooms, ensuite and family bathroom were comfy and well-kept. The open-plan kitchen, diningand living space made it easy to hang out togetherand there were plenty of pots, pansand utensils for cooking up anything. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Only downside was the 10 am checkout - might need fans if it’s hot, but overall, a lovely stay!

Plus, it’s only 15 minutes to North Walsham station to explore more. Great stay!
