Drive into Bude to go to the beach at Summerleaze, where you can swim in the sea and the tidal pool. You can also shop and dine out here. Roadford Lake, in the scenic Wolf Valley, is 6 miles away and offers fabulous walking routes, as well as water sports and other activities.
